Amidst the bustling preparations for the summit in Tokyo, the Space Elevator Project is also in full swing. To tackle crime related to the use of Willwear, the Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit, affectionately called Unit 8, was formed. With their upgraded armor, Unit 8 successfully thwarted terrorism by Logos and achieved widespread recognition. Nevertheless, the misuse of Willwear persisted and crime rates continued to rise. Kuroki and his team, along with the assistance of the civilian police, fought valiantly against evil using their intelligence, courage, and persuasive communication skills. Despite welcoming new team members, the crime rate still soared, causing concern.
