Description:
In a time known as the dark century, the populace is plagued by Vandel, an evil being who commands monsters with ease. To combat this threat, the Vandel Busters have emerged as a group devoted to hunting down these monstrous creatures. Among their ranks, the Zenon Squad stands as the most formidable force on the continent. A boy named Beet aspires to join the Zenon Squad, but an unfortunate mistake he makes leads to their defeat at the hands of the devil Beltose. As the five members of the squad lie dying, they imbue their weapons, the Saiga, with their life force before passing them on to Beet. Years have passed since then, and Beet, now a Vandel Buster, must carry out the Zenon Squad's mission and bring an end to the dark century.
