Description:
The plot of the narrative centers on the exploits of the "school sword action" genre, which features Magic Knights - advanced magicians who wield weapons forged from their very souls. Our protagonist Ikki Kurogane enrolls in an academy that trains individuals to become such knights, but he is a "Failed Knight" or "Worst One," as he lacks any magical abilities. Nevertheless, his mundane existence is turned upside down when he is challenged to a duel by Stella, a foreign princess who is the academy's most accomplished Magic Knight. The wager is steep, with "the loser must be obedient for life."
