Description:
When two individuals pass away simultaneously, they find themselves in a lavish bar situated between heavenly and hellish realms. The rules within this establishment are straightforward yet risky: winning earns you another chance at life, losing means the end for good. Decim, the bartender, not only serves up delectable drinks but also acts as the arbiter who must evaluate the worthiness of a lost soul's reincarnation. To aid in his assessment, patrons are coerced into participating in games with twisted undertones designed to expose their true nature. Decim used to view the judgment process in absolutes, but everything changes upon meeting a mysterious young woman whose fate he cannot determine. His uncertainty destabilizes the foundation of the games, prompting the ultimate question: Who has the right to pass judgment over the departed?
