Description:
Tasked with delivering a suspicious red handbag as part of her courier duties, Celty Sturluson faces a problem: several organizations seek the bag. Making her way through Ikebukuro towards the intended destination, mysterious foreign men give chase, and the package drags city residents into the conflict. Meanwhile, a famous actor, Yuuhei Hanejima, arrives in Ikebukuro for a TV program to find the best couple for a movie role. Unbeknownst to all, Yuuhei Hanejima is the stage name of Kasuka Heiwajima, Shizuo's younger brother. When an internet user threatens to kill the superstar, they discover the weight of Kasuka's relationship to Shizuo. As the meddlesome pest responsible for the threat is revealed, Shizuo burns with rage.
