Description:
A stronger and more lethal weapon of tomorrow has emerged. The next phase of the human race, the "metahumans" possessing remarkable psychic powers, has manifested on Earth. This new breed of mutants, dubbed "E's", can convert their thoughts into energy. To keep law and order intact, a select group of E's has been established.
