Description:
The dull routine of Tsubasa Misudachi's life is interrupted when an enormous UFO crashes into a rural Japanese farmland near Nagaoka. The Gatchaman, respected defenders of Tachikawa City, oversee the chaos as a peaceful alien emerges from the spacecraft. Amidst the mayhem, Gatchaman founder J.J. Robinson immediately drafts Tsubasa to their team by presenting her with a state-of-the-art notebook known as NOTE. Assisted by her fellow hero Hajime Ichinose, Tsubasa adapts to the role of defender of justice. At the same time, new technology called CROWDS enables individuals to manifest their mental activity in physical form, gaining popularity and acclaim from Prime Minister Sugayama. However, a malevolent group known as VAPE, utilizing distinctive red CROWDS, is causing chaos and turning the public against the technology. The Gatchaman, now including Tsubasa, must prevent VAPE's ominous plans before it's too late.
