Description:
Based on the manga by Tamaki Hisao, famous for adapting Star Wars: A New Hope in manga form, the theatrical anime film is a digitally rendered (3-D) action/horror masterpiece. The characters were thoughtfully designed by Yasushi Nirasawa, an accomplished maker of creature action figures. Monkey Punch, the creator of Lupin III, served as the script supervisor for the film. Taking place in the year 2088, the movie delves into a grim future where humans have been turned into "Guilstein" - heartless beings without any trace of humanity.
