Description:
Tokyo has never been a place that Yuusuke Yotsuya enjoys, especially because of the people who reside there. For him, thriving in a virtual world is a much better option than attempting to connect with those around him. One day, as Yotsuya watches popular athlete Iu Shindou and Kusue Hakozaki, who misses school frequently due to illness, they suddenly disappear. Suddenly, Yotsuya plunges into free-fall, and the world transforms around him. Drowning in a large body of water, he opens his eyes and comes face to face with enormous monsters. To his surprise, Shindou and Hakozaki have transported him to a game world, where he has two weeks to complete a challenge. The game world differs from reality in one critical way: if one party member survives, everyone who dies will be resurrected within 30 seconds. As they navigate through increasingly challenging quests, Yotsuya, Shindou, and Hakozaki attempt to solve the perplexing mystery behind this virtual world.
