Description:
An armed powered exoskeleton called "Infinite Stratos" (IS) was developed by Japan and quickly became the preferred weapon of choice. However, due to the fact that only women have the ability to operate the IS, society has shifted to be female-dominated. Orimura Ichika is a 15-year-old boy who discovers the IS pilot training school and accidentally touches one of the units. He is identified as the only male who is able to operate an IS, and is coerced into enrolling in the training program. Ichika now finds himself living a busy school life amid a close-knit group of girls.
