Description:
The year 2010 saw the emergence of Hyper Hurricanes, which wreaked havoc worldwide, resulting in over five billion deaths and reducing the global population to three billion. The catastrophe crippled economies and militaries, leaving countries submerged in water or encased in ice, triggering a significant shift in the world's balance of power. The aftermath of the disaster plunged the world into chaos, marked by widespread poverty and sprawling shantytowns beyond designated economic zones. The Logos, the ruling elite, held onto power through militaristic control, branding the underprivileged as Revenus and exiling them from the favored areas. As time passed, Katsuragi Jo and Tsurasawa Jin elude the watchful eye of the Phantom, a group responsible for monitoring Revenus and suppressing renegade elements of Logos. Together with a mysterious girl named Noto Sana, they escape pursuit by various parties with varying motives, all coveting her.
