Description:

At the age of 16, Yuuta Okkotsu is typically surrounded by violent misfortune, as he is a constant victim of bullying in high school. Yuuta is burdened with a monstrous curse that can dish out brutal revenge on his bullies. His curse is in the form of Rika Orimoto, a menacing shadow from his tragic past and a lethal threat to anyone who wrongs him. Yuuta's remarkable situation catches the attention of Satoru Gojou, a powerful sorcerer who teaches at Tokyo Jujutsu High. Gojou recognizes Yuuta's immense potential and aims to help him channel his deadly burden into a force for good. However, Yuuta struggles to find his footing among his highly-skilled peers, such as the selectively mute Toge Inumaki, weapons expert Maki Zenin, and Panda. While clumsily utilizing Rika on missions with his first-year classmates, Yuuta attracts the attention of Suguru Getou, a calculating curse user who is intrigued by the grisly aftermath of Rika's tremendous displays of power. Getou seeks to claim Rika's strength and utilize it to rid the world of non-jujutsu users, but Yuuta and his friends must band together to thwart his genocidal plot.
