Description:

Humanity is under constant threat from the alien Abyssal Fleet, leaving only the Kanmusu - girls who house the spirits of Japanese warships - to defend them. These brave fighters are in a constant struggle, and it seems inevitable that they will eventually perish at sea. The Mutsuki-class destroyer Kisaragi is one such ship that has met this tragic fate. However, after a successful night raid, the Kanmusu of the Eighth Fleet spot Kisaragi still alive, but unconscious, floating on the surface of the sea. Despite the bizarre circumstances and Kisaragi's strange behavior, the Kanmusu proceed with caution. The other ships begin to hear mysterious voices and encounter crimson waters that damage their equipment. Surprisingly, Fubuki, the lead ship of the Fubuki-class destroyers, remains unaffected. As Fubuki and her fellow Kanmusu confront the unusual situation they find themselves in, they slowly unravel the harsh reality of their existence and the threat posed by the Abyssal Fleet. Nevertheless, these girls must forge ahead to free the sea and protect those closest to their hearts.
