Description:
For ages, sword-wielding shrine maidens have been eliminating "aratama," eerie entities that jeopardize humanity. Clad in school attire and equipped with blades, these young ladies constitute the "Toji," a sanctioned faction within the police agency functioning as a "religious service police squad." The Toji are officially authorized to wield swords and act as civil servants; in fact, the government has established five training academies nationwide specifically for female recruits.
