Description:
This anime, like the precedent OVAs, revolves around the everyday lives of a group of elementary school children, specifically fifth graders in the second classroom, and their journey through adolescence. The show depicts their playful games, juvenile jokes, and the misunderstandings that arise from their budding interest in the opposite sex. While Ryota Satou stars as the main character, his friends are equally vital to the ensemble, as the school community would not be complete without them. The female characters, in particular, often appear to be mature for their age, but ultimately exhibit childish behavior and can be even more "dangerous" than their male counterparts.
