Description:
Following the downfall of Myouri Unzen by Medaka Kurokami and her Student Council, Hakoniwa Academy is now at peace, albeit briefly. However, the tranquility is short-lived as Medaka, Zenkichi Hitoyoshi, Kouki Akune, and Mogana Kikaijima are thrust into yet another nefarious plot known as the "Flask Plan," orchestrated by none other than the school principal himself. The council's primary concern is now dealing with a new set of extraordinary students who go by the name of the "Thirteen Party," with their haughty and potent leader, Oudo Miyakonojou. As Hakoniwa Academy remains far from peaceful with the enigmatic Flask Plan, Oudo's dictatorship, and an arch-nemesis reappearing, Medaka and her companions have their hands full as things become even more abnormal.
