Description:
The "synchro chips" have been introduced by Yuuichirou Hikari, Netto's father, as a scientific advancement. They allow an operator and their navi to merge through "cross fusion" when in a specialized area called the "dimensional area". Misaki Gorou is the first test subject but is unsuccessful. Netto volunteers to try the process with Rockman, but his father declines due to the dangerous strain it puts on the operator's health. Engaging in real-world battles could even result in death.
