Description:
In Ueno, Tokyo, there are three young girls called the Colors. Despite not being actual defenders of the city, they perform good deeds and assist their community in their make-believe games. Yui Akamatsu, Sacchan, and Kotoha are the shy, noisy, and video game-loving trio who are mentored by Daigorou "Pops" Kujiraoka. He supplies them with knick-knacks from his store to help facilitate their activities. Unfortunately, not everyone in Ueno appreciates the Colors' efforts. The local policeman, Saitou, often becomes the target of their villainous fantasies, much to his annoyance. Although he finds it tedious, Saitou indulges the girls' games and helps them out whenever possible. Despite not being real protectors of the city, the Colors still manage to brighten the day of those around them.
