Description:
In a different version of the Meiji Era, Sakamoto Ryunosuke and his youkai companion Nekomaru return to Kyoto from Shanghai. To coexist with humans, a youkai must have a license according to the law. The Kidou Shinsengumi Co. Ltd. is tasked with capturing unlicensed youkai but faces opposition from the Tsubamegumi who opposes the new regulation. Unexpectedly, it is revealed that Ryunosuke is the Shinsengumi owner's son.
