Description:
Momoko, a student at a specialized school, faces mental and physical disabilities. She feels cranky every morning as she wishes to go to her regular school with her twin brother, Riki. To comfort her, the family sings her favorite song, "The Song of Frogs." During an open school day, Riki participates in a dodgeball game where Momoko cheers him on. Impressed by his performance, she shouts encouragement, and Riki's team clinches the win. However, Ryuji, who lost the game, insults Momoko, referring to her as Riki's "idiot sister" and demands her removal from the school. Enraged, Riki violently strikes him. The following year, Momoko gets enrolled in Riki's school, which implements an experiment in integrated education. However, she falls sick and is admitted to a hospital due to her deteriorating physical condition. To lift her spirits, Riki and her classmates aim to win a relay race so they could share the good news with Momoko. Nevertheless, the fastest runner, Ryuichi, refuses to take part in the race.
