Description:
During the mid-1800's in Edo, Seikichi Tamaya, a maker of fireworks, and his companions faced difficulties adhering to the stringent morality laws enforced by the stern city councilor, which prohibited all extravagances, including fireworks. At one point, a peculiar young woman visits Seikichi's establishment and presents him with an unusual plea: to construct a firework capable of reaching the moon.
