Description:

Heizou Hasegawa, known as the "Devil" for his expertise in blade arts, was responsible for eliminating any threats to the tranquility of Edo. As the chief officer in charge of preventing crime and arson, he tirelessly worked towards maintaining safety in the region. As the chief director during the Tenmei era in 1783, he was tasked with suppressing the worst of criminals and thieves, earning him a fearsome reputation as Devil Heizou.
