What hue dominates your world? A decade has passed since "Perception Art" entered the art scene, and now it fully saturates the world, bringing color to people's lives. Kazuya Yamanashi, son of Mr. and Mrs. Yamanashi, the acclaimed "Perception Art" creators, attends the prestigious Eisen High School with his childhood friend Jun Tsuzuki, both sharing the dream of becoming Perception Artists themselves. Kazuya, however, harbors another aspiration - to rekindle his friendship with a childhood friend who has distanced themselves after an incident ten years ago. Kyou Takise, whose father is also a Perception Art creator and a respected "grader," is a junior grader at Eisen High School. Once a close friend of Kazuya and Jun, Kyou has kept his distance for years, concealing the indelible wounds within his heart.
