Description:
Tokyo is abuzz with a new urban legend claiming that the Phantom Thieves of Hearts will answer requests made in the Ask-a-Thief Channel, and mete out justice by stealing the hearts of corrupt individuals and making them repent. As bizarre occurrences continue to perplex the populace, more and more hopefuls seek the help of the mysterious vigilante organization. Kazuya Makigami is a seasoned burglar who suddenly finds himself grappling with guilt about his illicit activities and the company he keeps. Unable to confront his accomplices on his own, Kazuya too turns to the Ask-a-Thief Channel for assistance.
