Located in the fifth ward of the Imperial Capital, the Black Cat Cafe boasts the presence of advanced mechanical dolls - Automata - who were left without purpose after the war ended a few years ago. Now, they have been restored to work in the cafe, clad in beautiful kimonos. However, the haunted memories of their past linger, obstructing them from moving forward. Haizakura is one of the Automata employed at the Black Cat Cafe, freshly reset, and devoid of her memories. Her newfound identity and place in this strange world are unclear, but her love for singing remains unbroken. Haizakura's exquisite songs and insatiable curiosity guide the Automata as they embark on a quest to discover their renewed purpose, supporting each other and overcoming every obstacle thrown their way.
