Description:
Like the previous R season, Sailor Stars is split into two parts. Although the first part is deemed filler, it does wrap up conflicts from the previous SuperS season and reintroduces audiences to the Outer Senshi - Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna, and a resurrected Hotaru as a child. In contrast, the second arc encompasses the primary plot of the manga. When Mamoru departs for America to study abroad, Usagi must bid him farewell. She encounters the Three Lights, a trio of idols named Seiya, Taiki, and Yaten. Galaxia, the new adversary seeking to conquer the galaxy through human Star Seeds, takes center stage. Meanwhile, the Sailor Starlights appear as three additional Senshi striving to halt Galaxia's plans without Sailor Moon's assistance.
