Description:

Foreign organizations have put the Akatsuki Special Ward under siege, transforming the area into a battlefield marked by greed and violence, with civilians caught in the middle. In response to the chaos, the Scard emerged; a group of vigilantes with supernatural abilities bestowed upon them through divine tattoos. One of their members is Eiji Arashiba who has earned the title of Hero of Akatsuki for protecting the district from hostile outsiders. On a fateful day, Eiji fights against the Dusk, a mafia syndicate, alongside Yamato Kai, a boy he recently met. Amidst the commotion, Yamato saves Eiji from a sniper bullet but gets hit on his tattoo in the process. To save Yamato's life, Eiji entrusts him with his powers by passing on the tattoo. Thus, Yamato becomes responsible for guarding the Akatsuki Special Ward, as Eiji resigns himself to the sacrifice. As the war-worn ward continues to crumble under unceasing conflict, Yamato faces his greatest challenge yet, tasked with protecting his loved ones with his newfound Scard abilities. With everything on the line, can Yamato summon the strength to become the next Hero of Akatsuki, or will he falter in the face of adversity?
