Description:
Bakin Kyokutei Takizawa's beloved Japanese novel, Nanso Satomi Hakkenden, has been transformed into an animated adaptation with some modifications. The storyline now takes place in an advanced world amidst turmoil in the celestial realm. A multitude of intense conflicts unravel across the eight moons which were originally created by the savior, Fuse, culminating in the Oowari family's complete dominance except for the peaceful, papal moon named Meiten. To rescue humanity, eight individuals representing various moons with a jewel each symbolizing one of Earth's components are chosen as saviors. Queen Fuse authorizes these individuals to have the jewels, which they offer up willingly to fulfill their envisioned role. However, when Emperor Kai, who craves power, plans to revive a ghost against Earth's revival, the eight heroes unite and combine their gem powers to foil Kai and any other adversaries. Their aim is to collect the Yatsufusa gems, necessary for making the Earth, located in Kusanagi, God's central vessel. They must travel there and overcome any challenges that block their path.
