On Friday, Isuna Hasekura's website started broadcasting a video confirming that a brand-new anime adaptation of his Spice & Wolf light novel series has been given the go-ahead. While the announcement does not clarify if the anime is a continuation, reboot, or original material, it does include the phrases, "Shall we set off on a journey once more?" and "Holo the Wisewolf and Lawrence the Merchant's tale continues."
