Description:

The Earth boasts a formidable protection mechanism against colossal meteors headed towards it, comprising of the Comet Blasters stationed in multiple space stations serving as the first line of defense. These blasters launch nuclear warheads via spaceships. In case of need, the second line of defense comes active--the Meteor Sweepers that can be traced back to ground airbases. They use hypersonic planes equipped with specialized missiles that can take care of the remnants left behind from the explosions. The protagonist of Stratos 4, Mikaze, is an anxious young girl with aspirations of becoming a Comet Blaster pilot, but currently serves as a trainee for a Meteor Sweeper team. The show chronicles her journey alongside her teammates as they overcome challenges on the road to becoming a real pilot while the Earth continues to face potential space dangers.
