Description:
It is believed that fireworks can have a calming impact on those who have passed away. Tomoya Sugisaki, Aoi Harukawa, and Ryou Kobayashi's chance meeting with the Summer Ghost was triggered by a vibrant display of explosions in the sky. This ghost is said to be the apparition of a young woman who committed suicide, and she only materializes in a specific location to those on the verge of death. Tomoya is a budding artist for whom academic duties are a burden, Aoi is a timid girl constantly bullied by her peers, and Ryou is a former basketball player whose aspirations were dashed by a dismal prognosis. Their only commonality is their extraordinary ability to see the Summer Ghost, who holds the answers to their deepest ponderings about death. Tomoya sets out to locate the elusive spirit once more, dissatisfied with their initial encounter. However, as he spends more time with her, her perplexing existence begins to gradually unravel before their eyes.
