Description:
"Earl Dracula," as he is called on Osamu Tezuka's official website in English, has relocated to Japan after residing in Transylvania for many years. He, along with his daughter Chocola and his loyal servant Igor, has chosen to dwell in an old-fashioned Western-style dwelling in Tokyo's Nerima Ward. As Chocola attends Junior High School, Earl Dracula craves the blood of beautiful virginal women, a fitting source of sustenance for a vampire of his renown. However, whenever Earl Dracula prowls about to locate a suitable meal, he invariably finds himself embroiled in some sort of dispute, causing disruptions for the local residents. His mere presence causes a stir within the town, as nobody in Japan believes in vampires.
