Description:
Satoru Mikami, a typical Tokyo corporate worker, enjoys his monotonous existence despite never having had a girlfriend. However, his life takes a drastic turn when he is randomly attacked and stabbed on the street while talking to a colleague. As he dies, a mysterious voice gives him a set of commands that he cannot comprehend. Upon regaining consciousness, Satoru finds himself reincarnated as a blob of slime in a strange world. He discovers that he has new abilities, including the power to devour and mimic anything he consumes. He also befriends a powerful dragon named Veldora, who has been sealed away for 300 years. In exchange for freeing him from his imprisonment, Veldora gives Satoru the name Rimuru Tempest, along with divine protection. With a newfound sense of purpose and freedom, Rimuru sets out on a new journey. As he adapts to his new form, his actions have an impact on the world around him, altering his fate in unforeseen ways.
