Description:
While wandering the streets of Tokyo, Linn Suzuki notices an unusual device sticking out from the sidewalk. Suddenly, a group of bullies approaches her, but an attractive stranger comes to her defense. Linn reveals that she recently fled from her cruel boss in Deep Kyoto and is now searching for her missing brother, who worked for the Kuon Detective Agency in Edo. It turns out that her rescuer is Miho Kuon, who kindly offers her a place to stay and nicknames her "Kotetsu," in honor of Linn's brother Tetsujin. However, Miho's life is in danger from the mysterious Syndicate, and Linn becomes caught up in their struggle unwittingly.
