Description:
1. Slipstream tells the story of a Luftwaffe pilot who is faced with a tough choice - either fulfill his duty to his country by keeping a bomber carrying Germany's only hope of victory (the world's first atomic bomb) safe, or put his duty to the world first and let it fall to enemy Spitfires, becoming a mere footnote in history. The situation becomes even more complicated when the pilot realizes that his beloved is also on board the aircraft. 2. Sonic Boom Squadron is set in the latter part of the war and follows the story of Japan's ingenious creation, the human-piloted rocket-propelled flying bomb, which Ensign Nogami is tasked with flying as part of a suicide mission known as a "cherry blossom." Knowing that his death date is set for August 6, 1945, he awaits his inevitable fate. 3. In Knight of the Iron Dragon, two soldiers form a pact to reach an air base even though it might no longer serve any purpose in the reality of war.
