Yuuhi Katagiri does not fit the mold of a typical young lady. As a member of the esteemed Katagiri clan, she is under constant surveillance. One fateful day, she finds herself in a predicament as a group of boys harass her on her way back from school. Fortunately, Junichi Nagase, known by the moniker of "Geno Killer," appears on the scene and scares them off. Yuuhi expresses her gratitude and inquires about his identity, but Junichi abruptly vanishes. The following day, as a transfer student, Yuuhi joins Junichi's class and publicly reveals him as the "Geno Killer," sending tongues wagging in the gossip mill. Matters worsen when Junichi inadvertently plants a kiss on Yuuhi's lips. To compound matters, Junichi is her betrothed, much to her chagrin. Despite not viewing Junichi as deserving of her, Yuuhi abides by her familial obligations and must coexist with him and his sister, Minato, in the mission to prove his incompetence. However, as time passes, will her feelings towards Junichi mutate? Will her mission be successful, or will she succumb to love's enrapturing power?
