Description:

In a future world plagued by dystopia, Japan's political system has shattered after the Great Tokyo War. The country has been carved into ten independent nations, each governed by a gang led by a 'Best,' a human-selected prophet with superhuman abilities. Nozomi Moritomo, an ordinary girl aspires to help her childhood friend, Masami Utoku, the Best of her gang, to win the ongoing battle for territorial power. As fate would have it, Masami sustains life-threatening injuries, forcing Nozomi to take charge of the cause. Driven by a burning desire to fulfill her friend's wishes, Nozomi forms an unlikely alliance with three peculiar characters: Yukina Kosaka, who lacks direction and self-confidence; Ai Hibiki, a bubbly food enthusiast, and the enigmatic Chiaya Misono, who wears a gas mask and is shrouded in mystery. As the motorcycle-riding team navigates their way across the divided nation, they encounter dark and sinister conspiracies, territorial wars, and conflicts that challenge their strength and survival.
