Description:
Returning home one night, Kyousuke Date discovers his mother lying lifeless in a pool of blood. As she takes her last breath, she plunges a knife into his chest. After a speedy recovery, Kyousuke seeks to unravel the mysteries of his mother's actions, but instead gets embroiled in a war between the Hospital and the Kirihara Group, both seeking to destroy him. In the midst of the chaos, Kyousuke learns of his long-lost twin sister, Runa, whom the opposing factions are keen on apprehending. Despite his ignorance of her existence, he finds himself hunted relentlessly.
