Description:

The 24th Ward in Tokyo Bay boasts of a special jurisdiction area where residents live a secure life thanks to the Hazard Cast, a surveillance system that predicts accidents and assists victims. Regrettably, the system isn't fail-safe as it cannot anticipate the precise nature of accidents nor prevent them from happening. Three friends, Ran Akagi, Kouki Suidou and Shuuta Aoi, fondly called "RGB" after their distinct hair colors, learned firsthand how catastrophic the system's limitations could be when Suidou's sister Asami perished in a high school inferno. Presently, Shuuta still grapples with guilt from failing to save Asami, while Ran channels his energy chasing his dream of becoming a renowned street artist, and Kouki runs operations at the Hazard Cast intervention unit. At a commemorative event for the school fire victims, the RGB friends reunite and receive a mysterious phone call. The voice on the other end of the line belongs to Asami, and the trio is startled to see images of the future and are then asked to select between two dire options. The three pals staunchly refuse to be confined by predetermined outcomes, and they embark on tackling this nerve-racking conundrum head-on, marking the start of a series of cruel dilemmas they must resolve to safeguard the 24th Ward and its inhabitants.
