Description:
Takemichi Hanagaki has made countless attempts to prevent the tragic death of his beloved, Hinata Tachibana, but to no avail. As an adult, he must come to terms with the consequences of his time-traveling interference, which has inadvertently led to the rise of the Tokyo Manji gang's criminal syndicate. This group, once led by the idealistic Manjirou "Mikey" Sano, has since been taken over by the wicked Tetta Kisaki, causing it to abandon its original positive vision. Despite feeling despondent, Takemichi journeys back to the past once more to investigate the activities of Black Dragon, a rival motorcycle gang responsible for Hinata's untimely demise. Along the way, he meets Hakkai Shiba, a young member of the gang whose older brother, Taiju, is the tyrannical leader of Black Dragon. Takemichi, accompanied by Chifuyu, is determined to change the destinies of Black Dragon's members and create a bright future for his loved ones.
