Description:
According to legends, there are two other civilizations coexisting with humanity on Earth - the Makai, a species of demons, and the Juujinkai, a hybrid race of human and beast. Once every 3,000 years, a supreme being known as the "Choujin" or Overfiend emerges to bring balance to all three realms on Earth. A Jujinkai by the name of Amano Jyaku has been searching for the Choujin for 300 years and has finally located it in the form of a high school student named Tatsuo Nagumo. However, Amano, accompanied by his sister Megumi and comrade Kuroko, must protect Nagumo and his girlfriend Akemi Ito from the Makai. The Makai fear Nagumo as a malevolent entity with the intention of destroying all life on Earth.
