Description:
As an 8th grader, Nao manages and is one of only two members of the Digital Camera Club. Despite this, it's baffling to others that she only takes pictures of the skies and clouds. One day, while on a rooftop, Nao stumbles upon a cat who has the ability to control the wind. Surprised and disoriented, Nao falls off the rooftop. Her best friend and fellow member of the club, Miki, joins Nao in searching for the elusive feline. They soon discover that Mr. Taiki, their teacher, is responsible for training the cat. Meanwhile, Ryoko, who has a crush on Mr. Taiki, complicates matters. Jun also lends a hand in the search for the extraordinary cat, and Yukio, the widow of Mr. Taiki's late brother, has a crucial role to play. All of these events take place on the outskirts of a bustling city where a special community called the "Wind Handlers" has formed. They are preparing to host a mysterious Wind Festival that promises to be extraordinary.
