Description:

Hirono Kenta, a typical geeky junior high student, has always been obsessed with Tokusatsu and anime since his childhood. He considers himself a "Hero of Justice," often running around in a self-made costume called "Wing Man." While most classmates label him as an otaku, his childhood friend, Ogawa Miku, admires his spirit. One day, Hirono finds a beautiful and curvaceous girl who falls from the sky, and he brings her home to recover. The girl, Yume Aoi, reveals herself as the princess of Botoreem, a dreamscape conquered by the power-hungry tyrant, Rimeru, and his monstrous "Seed Men." Aoi escaped with the "Dream Note," a book that enables its possessor to materialize anything they desire. But Rimeru seeks it to become Master of the Universe. Aoi demands Hirono returns the book, but he has already started drawing his Wing Man designs in it, linking him mystically to it. As he continues to draw in the Dream Note, Hirono realizes his designs and notes become a reality, transforming him into a superhero. With his new powers, he embarks on an adventure with Aoi to save her people and father. Hirono enlists his friends' help, and they unwittingly become involved in his journey. Meanwhile, Rimeru dispatches his troops to Earth to retrieve the Dream Note, including infiltrating Hirono's school as a teacher, the treacherous Kitakura.
