Description:

Lisa, Lorna, and Soichi, having emerged victorious in the domestic preliminary round, earn a place to represent Japan in the ex-Driver world race competition in Los Angeles. However, upon arrival in the city, an ominous sign presents itself to them with a reckless AI car recklessly darting around. Though the trio manages to halt the dangerous vehicle, the local police department insists on investigating their car overnight, much to their chagrin. Their woes escalate following the sudden disappearance of Angela, the daughter of the US team's chief sponsor. Lorna recollects glimpsing Angela within the erratic AI car, instilling fear for the latter's well-being in Soichi as he sets out on a quest to locate her. Unfortunately, Soichi falls into the clutches of a mysterious man who also takes Angela into custody. As he grapples with captivity in a warehouse, Soichi stumbles upon a disturbing revelation - the incidents are linked to illegal gambling within the ex-Driver world race competition. With Angela in his company, Soichi must formulate a plan to escape their confinement, keep her safe and put a halt to the illegal activities once and for all.
