Description:

Yusuke Yusuke, a mere 14 years old, is notorious for his troublesome behavior. He skips school, creates chaos and is often engaged in fights. However, one day he surprises everyone when he selflessly sacrifices himself to save a child. Even the people who know him as a troublemaker are shocked by this act of valour. Yusuke dies and turns into a directionless ghost, struggling to find his way back to life. During the absence of King Enma, Koenma takes over the throne and "hires" Yusuke. Under Koenma's guidance, Yusuke battles dangerous demons that threaten human lives. The demons steal valuable artefacts, use destructive weapons and cause disruption in human society. Kuwabara Kazuma, Yusuke's school bully and nemesis, accompanies him on his journey. He is joined by two former convicts, Hiei and Kurama, who escaped Koenma's custody. The group of unlikely allies battles powerful demons and engages in struggles that determine the fate of humanity.
