Description:
As the Daihasei Festival gets underway, the Tokiwadai Middle School, an esteemed all-girls' institution, puts forth its best effort to win. Despite the "Ace of Tokiwadai," Mikoto Misaka, participating and possessing overwhelming strength, other students are determined to succeed. Not all is fun and games during the festivities, as Academy City is now open to the outside world, attracting various factions with potentially malicious motives. Misaka is a prime target, and shadowy figures begin to surface as the festival progresses. Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T explores the darker side of Academy City alongside Misaka and her comrades. With terrorist attacks and precarious underground projects in motion, the possibilities within the city are endless.
