Description:
After the events involving Burst Linker Dusk Taker, Kuroyukihime reminisces about how she recruited Haruyuki Arita to the "Brain Burst" program - an app that speeds up players' cognitive functions to the point where time seems to slow down. Since his enrollment, he's become renowned among other Burst Linkers and has been instrumental in helping Kuroyukihime attain the highest level in the game. However, during a territorial fight with Nega Nebulus, Haruyuki and his friends get ejected from the program following a catastrophic in-game storm. Kuroyukihime realizes that the Brain Burst problem is linked to any security camera breakdowns in Tokyo. So, Nega Nebulus decides to bring in the other legions and locate the issue's source to restore the acceleration feature.
