Description:
One player, Ashito Aoi, is the focus of a local junior high school football team in a quiet rural town. His playing style is notorious for being self-centered and unpredictable, but he is the sole driving force behind the team's success in an important high school preliminary tournament. However, during a game, Ashito loses his temper and acts violently towards an opponent. This results in his removal from the remainder of the game, and the team's subsequent elimination from the tournament. With their star player gone, the team's morale plummets, and they have little hope for the future. However, Tatsuya Fukuda, a coach of a youth team, approaches Ashito and offers him a chance to try out for the team in Tokyo. Despite being surrounded by talented players, Ashito must dig deep and showcase his skills to secure a potentially life-changing career opportunity.
