Description:
Kasumi Nomura, a timid pupil who is often bullied, becomes annoyed during recess by Olivia, a new foreign student who speaks no English, and Hanako Honda, a noisy, lively student who are playing a game called "look-the-other-way." Initially hesitant, Kasumi eventually succumbs to the game and adds her own mischievous touch to it. Through this unlikely friendship, the three girls form the "Pastime Club," which provides them with a place to engage in their daily pranks without limits. With the Asobi Asobase girls around, school life is never uneventful, whether it involves overcoming linguistic barriers, challenging social norms, or avoiding being caught by their instructors.
