Description:

A wave of savage homicides is gripping Westland, New York in the 21st century, causing panic among locals. A young girl, who serves as a witness, is relentlessly pursued by the merciless killer, leaving her deeply traumatized. Years down the line, Meg and Jo make a return to the town to celebrate Shirley's birthday. Shirley, an orphan who they were once caretakers for along with other kids before they were adopted by a police officer named Sam, always marked this special day on the date they first met. While in town, a random stranger seeks their help, and in response, they receive money that they utilize to purchase a gift for Shirley. On their meeting with Sam, they are shocked to realize that Shirley has been savagely assaulted by the same murderer who's been spreading terror all around the town. Jo proposes retaliation, but as they plan, the killer draws closer, and an evil scheme is in the making, holding the entire community and everyone in it, including Meg, Jo, and Sam, hostage to danger.
